Media Accreditation


Thank you for your interest in becoming Media Accredited for Pride in London 2024.  

Please complete this application if you are:

1) A working journalist, photographer, or videographer on assignment to cover Pride in London 2024.
2) A print or electronic media outlet* planning to send staff to cover our events.
3) A content creator that distributes your work through rights managed servicing outlets.

If you are not one of the above parties, and are seeking to create/capture content at Pride in London 2024, please email your request to press@prideinlondon.org

* Please Note: Media Credentials will only be provided to staff or freelancers on assignment from qualified media outlets. For the purposes of this application, Pride in London defines a “Media Outlet” as a publication, website, television or streaming service program that creates content or media in the public interest.


Guidelines:
- Applications will only be accepted via this form up until Wednesday 19 June 2024 at 11:59pm
- Only one application should be completed by each Media outlet, you can apply for a maximium of 3 passes per outlet.
- If you or your Media outlet have been accredited to cover Pride in London previously, you will be required to provide examples of previous published content.
- If you or your Media outlet have not covered Pride in London before, we will require examples of recent published content from similar events (e.g. other LGBT, cultural, or activism-based events).


If your application is approved, you will receive an email with information on how to receive your accrediation starting on 24 June 2024. Passes will not be provided in advance.

Please note that for talent appearing at Pride in London, restrictions may be placed on recording and/or photographing of performances. You may be required to sign agreement(s) to restrictions on recording and/or photographing certain of the performances on our stages as a condition of entry.


Pride in London will make the final decision on all accreditation applications based on space available and the size, scope, and circulation of an individual publication or content creator. Pride in London reserves to right to revoke any accreditation it issues at any time.

Pride In London Agreement *
By submitting your application, you agree to follow all directions given by Pride in London volunteers, safety agencies, and contracted stewards:
  1. Not attempt to gain access to any areas of Pride in London event footprint that is not covered by your accreditation.
  2. Ensure that your presence in a particular location is not impacting the flow of traffic or attendee safety.
  3. All reporters, videographers, and photographers will identify themselves as such before interviewing, photographing, or videotaping event attendees.
